My way of working
Effective psychotherapy is based on increased self-awareness and a deeper understanding of the role we play in shaping our lives. Seeing a psychologist in Gothenburg can be many different things depending on your unique situation. My job is to understand how you see the world in order to help you understand yourself and your role in it better. I start from the premise that your emotional, relational and psychological problems need to be understood and worked with in depth to bring about lasting change.
